Rich Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
Whipping cream about half of a small carton
2-3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 packs Sweet n Low (the pink stuff) or sweetener of your choice
2 tablespoons of brandy or a little more if you like a more intense flavor
1/2 tsp of vanilla

Directions
Blend with hand mixer until peaks form a littler firmer than whip cream.  Add grated sugar free chocolate to the top if you like.  You can eat it now or put it in fridge for about an hour to make it even better.
